This programme deals with normal Anatomy of human body including embryology and histology. This course is aimed at training students from life sciences to understand the concept of Anatomy and its application in Medicine and other areas. This programme is a taught course that covers relevant topics and a research project in the area of specialization. The aim is to provide a thorough training in Embryology and Human Genetics, Histological and Anatomical Techniques and Neuro Anatomy through formal lectures / seminar programmes supplemented by a well established practical programme. Competence in teaching skills and research activities will open opportunities for them in health sciences and educational institutions.

& Surgery (B.H.M.S.)/Bachelor of Siddha Medicine & Surgery (B.S.M.S.)/ Bachelor of Physiotherapy (B.P.T.) / Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (B.O.T.)/ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) -
awarded by a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks (in major & ancillary subjects)
